Data collected
When you use our contact form, we collect the following information: name, company, email address, phone number, as well as any project details you choose to share with us. When you receive an invoice through the billing page, we also collect your company name, billing address, VAT number and email address. This billing information is passed to Stripe, our payment and invoicing provider, to issue the invoice and process the payment; no card data passes through this site.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to respond to your request, discuss your project and, where applicable, prepare a business proposal. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Data related to contact requests is kept for as long as necessary to process the request and any resulting business discussions, within a limit of 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights

Cookies
This site uses a technical cookie that remembers your preferred language and Google Analytics to measure site traffic (pages visited, visitor origin). It also uses an OpenAI Ads pixel to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns: depending on the pixel's configuration, it may pick up the details you enter in our forms (email, phone, name, postal code) and transmit them in hashed form for matching purposes. You can block these trackers through your browser settings or a dedicated extension.
